Lake Garda is arguably one of the most beautiful in Europe. The Dolomite Mountains
contain some of the top biking roads anywhere. Put the two together and you have
one fantastic tour.
For this tour we take an early morning euro tunnel crossing before travelling through
France, Belgium and Luxembourg to spend our first night in the picturesque Ruwer
valley of Germany.
Situated within its own vineyard our hotel for the evening is the ideal place to
relax after a long day. Day two and we make a steady pace through the stunning countryside
of the Mosel and Rheinland-Pfalz to our overnight stop outside the Bavarian town
of Ulm.
Our journey now takes us towards Austria and over the fantastic Timmelsjoch Pass
which rises to 2509 meters. We arrive in the Dolomites today and for the next three
nights enjoy Italian style cooking in a fabulous family owned hotel with indoor swimming
pool, steam room and sauna.

We do not supply a printed brochure but you can download and print this page by clicking
the button below.
If for any reason you have difficulty accessing any of the information, please contact
us and we will send you printed copies.

During our time here we will ride Passo di Giau, Passo San Pellegrino, Passo di Falzarego
and many more. The Dolomites are amazing and amongst the best places in Europe to
be riding a motorcycle.
As we begin our journey away from the mountains the landscape begins to change and
starts to really take on the flavour of Italy. Our hotel for the next three nights
is located directly on the banks of the Lake and provides an ideal base to explore
the area. If you like you can take one of the boats that leave from the harbour directly
outside the hotel, get the bike out and ride the stunning roads of the surrounding
countryside or just kick back and relax. You are welcome to join us as we ride into
the mountains to visit the Bocca Navene Cafe which at 5000 feet offers an incredible
view of the lake.
Reluctantly we leave the lake and travel to Austria to spend the night in a luxury
four star hotel with full leisure facilities. En-route we rise to the challenge of
the mighty Stelvio, at a height of 2758 metres and with 48 hairpin bends taking you
to the summit this really is a magnificent pass. If this is not enough we leave the
Austrian Alps behind and ride further north to Germany’s Black Forest where we stay
in a traditional family run hotel in the centre of the forest.
The next day we travel north to the Ardennes but not before we have ridden along
a section of the famous B500. Our final night is spent in a superb four star hotel
in the Ardennes region of Belgium with an excellent restaurant and views over the
Semois River.
On our final day we ride back through Northern France to Calais and our mid-afternoon
ferry crossing back to Dover.
As you return home and try to recount all the good times you had, don’t forget that
very soon you will have a fully edited DVD arriving on your doorstep to bring back
all those memories. Enjoy.
